Meet The Founder

The journey of Ameya Yoga began over fifteen years ago in Boston, dedicated to making authentic wellness accessible across every stage of life. My multi-decade legacy was woven deeply into the local community—guiding elementary children into mindfulness, directing therapeutic movement for renowned senior livings, and anchoring group studio classes.

For the last five years, I poured myself into advanced tutelage and global outreach, hosting international wellness webinars and expanding Ameya Yoga into a virtual coaching platform.

Then came 2026—a profound turning point.

Feeling a deep call to return to hands-on, in-person therapeutic healing, I moved to Arizona, instantly connecting with its luxury of twelve months of restorative sunshine.

Today, as a dual-state licensed advanced esthetician, a 500-hour master yoga teacher, and a clinical herbalist, I have gathered the fullness of my path into House of Tulsi—a private physical sanctuary designed to realign your lifestyle with the rhythms of Mother Nature."
